• A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

📹 Unboxing Video Requirement

• The video must show the package being opened from the sealed state

• The item should be shown clearly to document any defect, damage, or issue

• Refunds will not be processed without valid video proof

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Worn, used, or altered items

• Items returned without a valid unboxing video
